How many accounts can be opened per customer?
Currently, one direct savings flex account can be opened per customer. However, you have the option of opening several savings fix accounts.
Is it possible to open joint accounts? (for example, with a spouse)
No, direct accounts can only be opened in the name of one person.
How are my deposits secured?
The provisions of the German Deposit Guarantee and Investor Compensation Act (ESAEG) apply. Your deposits are protected up to EUR 100,000. You can also find more information under "Deposit Guarantee".
How often is a bank statement generated?
For "Savings Flex"customers, the account statement is issued once a year as of December 31. You will be informed of this by e-mail and can view and print out the statement via your personal Savings homepage.
What is the minimum/maximum deposit per customer?
The minimum deposit for the Savings Fix account is EUR 500,-.
The maximum deposit per customer for Direktsparen Flexibel and Direktsparen Fix is EUR 1 million.
Large investments require the separate approval of Porsche Bank.
