Frequently Asked Questions about Pickup Leasing (FAQ)
What lease terms does Porsche Bank offer for Pickup Leasing?
Typical lease terms range from 36 to 60 months. Depending on the model, mileage and the lease option chosen, shorter or longer contract periods are also possible.
What happens at the end of the lease term?
With a rental lease, you simply return the pickup and can switch to a new model. With a residual value lease, depending on the terms of your contract, you have the option to take ownership of the pickup at the calculated residual value, return it, or enter into a follow-on contract.
Are maintenance and servicing included in the lease agreement?
Maintenance and servicing are not automatically included in the lease agreement, but can be added as an option through our service and maintenance package. This gives you predictable monthly instalments that include all repair costs that may arise.
What happens if the leased pickup truck is damaged or involved in an accident?
As the vehicle remains the property of Porsche Bank, you are responsible for ensuring it is repaired to a professional standard. We therefore recommend taking out fully comprehensive insurance, which you can arrange directly through Porsche Bank. In the event of a total write-off or theft, the GAP cover will apply and make up the difference between the current market value and the outstanding lease balance.
