Questions about participation

Anyone with a vehicle registered in Austria can participate. Being a customer of Porsche Bank AG or Porsche Versicherungs AG is not required. However, to take advantage of a comprehensive insurance premium discount, you must be a Porsche Versicherungs AG customer with a comprehensive or comprehensive plus insurance policy paid by direct debit.

Participation in competitions is limited to private individuals.

To participate, you need a smartphone and the free Smart Driver app, available on the Play Store or App Store. During registration, you’ll need your personal TAN code and contract number (including slash, e.g., 5123456/00001), provided in the invitation letter you receive when signing your contract.

Your contract number is located on your policy/insurance certificate and in the invitation, letter sent after you finalize your comprehensive insurance.

Yes, participation is possible at any time. Send a request with your contract number to [email protected]. You’ll receive an invitation and TAN via email.

You can terminate participation at any time. This has no impact on the validity of your insurance policy, which continues as agreed, even without app usage.
