Why isn’t my trip recognized?
If permissions are granted, trip recognition should work once movement above 20 km/h is detected. Issues like traffic jams, GPS signal interruptions, or phone placement can hinder detection. A phone mount in the windshield or center console is recommended for best results.
Why are some speed limits incorrect?
The app uses third-party map data, which is updated regularly. However, discrepancies with actual speed limits can occur due to incomplete digital mapping.
Can the app distinguish between driver and passenger?
No, trips are recorded if Bluetooth connects to the vehicle, regardless of who is driving.
What happens if I lose my smartphone?
Download the app on another device and log in with your email and password. For security, change your account password if your smartphone is lost.
