Individual Car Policy for your company
In your individual Car Policy, you define company-wide standardised framework conditions for each driver category, which must be adhered to by your drivers in terms of the vehicle configuration:
- Permitted brands, models and equipment options
- Value limits for vehicle price and budget for monthly costs
- Mandatory and prohibited equipment, as well as accessories
- Authorisation/limit of driver participation
- CO2 scale
There is also an option to save preconfigured reference models for the individual driver categories. Reference models save you and your drivers time and effort and can be adopted and edited at the touch of a button.

The Fleet Car Configurator gives you the option to compare configured vehicles and reference models with one another quickly and easily. This gives you a clear comparison of offers based on the following criteria:

Digital APPROVAL process
without a violation of the Car Policy
The fleet manager is informed of the configuration, but does not have to explicitly approve it. The configured vehicle can be sent directly to the dealer.

In the event of a violation of the Car Policy, the configuration is submitted to the fleet management for examination. The fleet management has the option to approve or reject the violation on a case-by-case basis. If rejected, the driver may reconfigure the offer. Only after approval is this forwarded to the dealer.
