How does the online contract conclusion work?
The online contract conclusion can be easily described in a few points:
First select the vehicle that suits your needs. In the next step, you adapt the offer by selecting the financing parameters and insurance products and thus calculate your monthly total. In the next step, you only have to enter your data, verify your person and sign the contract online.
Finally, your application will be checked and you will receive a confirmation by email. After a successful check, you only have to pick up the vehicle on the delivery date.
Can I still change my personal data after entering it?
If the contract has not yet been concluded, you can change your data under carLOG - my orders.

Where can I find my reservation?
You can find the reservation of your vehicle in your carLOG account - my orders (www.carlog.at/meinebefertigungen). You can also use this link to go back to your application process.
Why couldn't I identify myself?
This can have different causes. Such as:
- Your identification document is damaged, expired or unidentifiable.
- You have exceeded the maximum number of attempts to enter the TAN.

Can I cancel or withdraw from the contract?
Yes, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days. You can find the withdrawal form in the Porsche Bank Shop at the bottom of the page or in the Special Terms and Conditions of the German Civil Code Porsche Bank Shop.
Why was my order cancelled?
Reasons for canceling your order may be:
- You have not transferred the personal contribution within the 14-day payment period
- In exceptional cases it can happen that your vehicle has unfortunately been sold out.
